According to the association's monthly survey, in October, US RV manufacturers shipped approximately 57,970 units, a year-on-year increase of 22.5%, a record high in the same month. Production in October also exceeded any previous month, 5% more than the previous record set in September. In the first 10 months of this year, the production of RVs in the United States has reached more than 510,600, surpassing the annual record of 504,600 set in 2017.
Now, the American Recreational Vehicle Association predicts that shipments this year will reach at least 577,200 units, a record high. Craig Kirby, President and CEO of the American RV Association, said in the report: "Although we are facing challenges in the supply chain and labor, what is really worth noting is that the RV industry has found a way to overcome these problems and achieved it for 12 consecutive months.
